卡爾弗城Travelodge by Wyndham酒店 (Travelodge by Wyndham Culver City)

櫃檯人員友善、地理位置優越，附近很多好吃的餐廳，只是房間地板有點傾斜，不知是否正常

I arrived to check in and waited patiently for the desk clerk to get off the phone. He acknowledged me several times by holding up a finger, signifying "be with you in a minute". I could hear the conversation, it was private, not business related. The call went on and on. On and on. On and on for well over 10 minutes until I loudly decried that I'd like to check-in. Once agin, he held up a finger. It was several more minutes until he finally ended the call. Later I went to my car to get something and was harrassed by a homeless man and woman residing in a corner of the car port with their shopping carts. I again had to wait for this same clerk to get off of the phone with another private conversation to report this. He looked at the bank of CCTV monitors, saying he doesn't see anyone. I pointed out that they were there buy not in any area showing on the screens. He shrugged and went back to yet another phone call. The facility outside and inside the room were filthy. I won't take the time to list everything but suffice it to say that when I went down to my car it was to get a fresh container of sanitary wipes as I had used up one wiping down surfaces streaked with grease, fingerprints and dirt. I sill not stay there again!

La ubicación y la limpieza son muy buenas, la habitación muy amplia pero un poco ruidosa y las instalaciones bastante emvejecidas, la decoración muy mejorable, pero la estancia ha sido muy agradable

The location is perfect. Secured car parking. But the room facility is a bit old.

Room needs some upgrade, a bit tired. Location and is good...

My room was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with a comfortable work desk and high-speed Wi-Fi, which made it easy to stay productive. The bed was very comfortable, and the blackout curtains ensured I got a good night’s rest after long workdays.
